BELGOCONTROL (12/2014 – 06/2015)

Both management and employees were inspired and activated based on the 4 streetskills, with the purpose of installing a more streetwize culture and a common vocabulary, as to communicate more explicitly.

Project to support a cultural change, involving connecting the entire organisation to a group of volunteers to draw up the outline of a widely supported cultural change. Secondly an action plan is set up to implement that culture.

  • StreetwiZe – Mobile School (Leuven, October 2014 - present): Partner StreetwiZe. Each StreetwiZe partner is a self-critical entrepreneur who combines broad knowledge of business with a passion for training and facilitating. He knows, recognises and understands the challenges of your business, organisation and teams. Our trainers hit the streets once a year use this experience as an inspiration for their sessions. Bart joined the StreetwiZe collective in 2014 and uses his experience in Sales, Marketing and HR to give an extra boost to the projects he conceives.
  • Colruyt Group (Halle, July 2015 - present): Change Manager CCRM Program. Member of the core team which manages Colruyt Group Corporate CRM programs. A programme aiming at building and developing sustainable client relations within all business units of the Colruyt Group. Specialised Corporate Portfolio Reviewer for the Change Management projects.
  • Vlerick Business School (May 2014 - September 2015): Product Management New Executive Education programs and markets: Programme Manager Service Management & Innovation + Programme Business Development Netherlands (incl. Vlerick Business Academy in collaboration with NRC Handelsblad). Responsible for development of new programs and markets for executive education.
  • Sanoma Media Belgium (Mechelen, November 2011 - April 2014): Senior HR Business partner.
