Colruyt (2014-2016)

All members of the logistics department were submerged in a teambuilding exercise based on the 4 street skills.  The aim was to give a concrete form to the changes in the department in a constructive manner and to stimulate an exchange of views between the team members.

  • StreetwiZe • Mobile School (Leuven, May 2012 - present): StreetwiZe Trainer. The starting point of a StreetwiZe trainer are the needs and vision of the organisation which are bound together with personal experience on the street and the StreetwiZe model.  Together with colleagues we offer a response to needs and we arrive at deeper insights and committed action.  Dorien worked with Rabobank, Thomas More, Air Liquide and Tourism Flanders, among others.
  • Commusaic vzw (September 2015 - present): Founder & Coordinator. Creation of worldwide communities for and by young artists based on hip hop culture, inter alia, the C.I.P.H.E.R (1 year European programme and lifelong network for young artists in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany), beyond beats and bars (artistic programme in cooperation with young people in community institutions).
