The  independent  operators  of  the  Colora  stores  are  supported  and  supervised  by  the  Boss  Paints  Business  Coaches. With StreetwiZe we are setting up a process to strengthen these people in their personal leadership. We based this on the street skills Positive Focus and Cooperative Competition and on the techniques Connect and Storytelling.

AG Insurance (03/2018 - present)

With a multi-day programme, spread over a period of about 3 months, AG Insurance wants to stimulate the personal growth of its IT Young Pros. Starting from the street skills Agility & Resilience, we work with these young people on their own mission and values. On that basis, they get the chance to set up a number of projects as a community that they consider meaningful for the organisation. Gradually, they gain the necessary insights into project management and develop their skills in the areas of presenting, persuading and influencing.[

Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen (10/2018 – present)

For Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen we developed a three-day residential programme on personal, interpersonal and team leadership. We start from the street skills Positive Focus, Resilience & Agility and Cooperative Competition. We also went to the Auxiliary Prison in Leuven where the participants, together with the detainees, work on why and how to connect. To finish the three-day programme, the participants created a personal development plan.

The money they would have earned with this activity is put aside to strengthen a youth project in the South.
