His expertise lies in social entrepreneurship, and he is a fellow within the Ashoka network, which brings together the most influential Change Maker Leaders from around the world. Through Ashoka, Arnoud was involved in a McKinsey study on leadership among social entrepreneurs who create organizations and movements to tackle major societal challenges: Change Maker Leadership.
