Dealing With Aggression

Dealing with aggression requires a set of skills that goes beyond conflict management. It requires, among other things, (1) the ability to check yourself, (2) to quickly analyze a situation objectively, (3) to respond appropriately and (4) to reflect afterwards to take improvement steps towards the future. We start from ourselves, look at a objective way to forms of aggression and we put tips into practice to de-escalate a difficult situation.

Dealing With Aggression

Conflict is an inevitable part of life, but managing aggression is a crucial skill for effective conflict resolution. In our training program, we acknowledge that preventing conflicts is neither possible nor desirable. However, we can learn to de-escalate difficult situations by developing a set of skills that go beyond conflict resolution.

Our training program, "Dealing with Aggression," begins withself-reflection, followed by an objective analysis of the different types of aggression. By developing an awareness of our environment, we can learn to anticipate and respond appropriately to aggressive behavior.

We will teach you how to develop your self-control and detect when your emotions are being triggered. This will help you to identify potential triggers and learn how to manage them.

We will also provide you with tools to analyze different types of aggression, including natural and hostile aggression. Understanding the differences between these types of aggression can help you to anticipate how to respond to each.

Inaddition, you will learn how to respond to aggression appropriately, takinginto account the specific situation. Whether it is taking a break, settingboundaries, or a combination of both, you will learn to adapt your response tothe situation at hand.

Finally, we will help you to develop resilience by reflecting on your experiences and setting goals for the future. This will help you to build a repertoire of strategies to cope with aggression in the future.

Our training program includes interactive exercises, a quiz, and a simulation witha professional actor (in the full day training) to help you translate what you have learned into practical skills.

By the end of our training program, you will have a deep understanding of what aggressionis and the skills to manage it effectively. You will leave our program with a set of tools to manage difficult situations with confidence and resilience.
