One of the most fundamental human assets is our ability to form personal and professional networks. In this immersive experience we connect you with a target group for who networking is as crucial as it is for you: refugees in a refugee centre. Take part in a co-creation process with your colleagues and the refugees to develop new educational materials for the street and challenge your mindset and skills with a focus on engaging and empowering these refugees who are crucial for your assignment. Our experienced facilitators guide and support you throughout the experience and bring you to self-reflection. After the emotions and experience have settled, we translate the inspirational experience to your professional reality and build your personal action plan.
