Strengthen your ability to stay calm, flexible and effective when uncertainty, change and pressure increase.
Staying grounded and adaptive when the ground shifts
Making decisions is one thing. Staying effective when plans change, uncertainty increases or pressure rises is another. Cognitive and emotional agility determine how leaders respond when control decreases and ambiguity becomes the norm.
In this one-day workshop, participants explore how they typically react when situations become unstable: what they think, what they feel and how they act. Drawing on powerful experiential moments and recognisable leadership situations, these patterns are made visible and open for reflection.
Participants learn how cognitive flexibility (reframing, adapting and letting go of rigid thinking) and emotional regulation (recognising, accepting and working with emotions under pressure) reinforce each other. Through interactive exercises, peer feedback and reflection, they discover six concrete techniques to deliberately develop agility — both personally and within their teams.
The day concludes with a personal action plan, focused on small, achievable steps to strengthen agility in everyday leadership practice.
